"I've stayed here before and as I was in the area I decided to revisit. I wasn't disappointed. The staff were great, the food is sublime. It's a family run hotel that could teach the big brands how to actually do customer care. The rooms are serviced daily, unlike most places since covid. The rooms are good and the bed was oh so comfortable. The updated bathrooms are great. I'll be back, I can't wait to return"

She called the week before to run through things and see if I had any questions, then followed the call up with an email full of loads of really useful info.
