"Every single staff member, particularly the lady at the front who also prepares breakfast every morning, was beyond AMAZING! They made my very first trip in Italy one and only and unforgettable. And I would happily leave five stars on breakfast; pastries, croissants, protein, fruits, and lovely cappuccino she makes for us were all so so good! I am so glad I decided to stay at this wonderful hotel and will definitely come back here next time visiting Venice again!!"

The hotel has AC which is great in the summer. Unfortunately there is no laundry in the apartment. It has kitchen and a beautiful and spacious bathroom. Very safe. "
"Regular service was good and exceptional from breakfast attendee. They do a little "managed free" tour to Murano which is collaborated to certain company that does no tour for island at all. Just a visit to that company and selling, and nothing more than that, no history explanation or even touring the island. They should explain or print out detail explanation for tourist as it is first time visit there."
"Quaint little hotel on the canal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. A five minute walk from San Stae vaporetto stop. It has a small bar on site if you want to have a drink in ye evening and a very good breakfast is available if you want to eat at the hotel for $10 euro. The breakfast included bacon, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries and coffee when we were there. There are a couple of coffee bars close by if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. "
