"One of my favorite hotels"

"Very clean. Lobby and rooms smelled good. Had a nice fire pit we enjoyed for a few hours. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"We were disappointed with the new updates to the hotel. The mattress sagged in the middle. Housekeeping is every other day unless requested. Our room wasn’t ready at a 5 pm check in. Then we didn’t have towels. All things were easily rectified except the sinking mattress."

"Don’t book through a 3rd party they will treat you like crap and tell you they can’t help you with anything and say oh we overbooked and ignore you"

"Food? Nope Bar?- closed Breakfast?- not on Mondays. What the hell is that? Laundry?-better bring quarters they won’t make change and the machines don’t take cards. Walls paper thin. Rooms really tight. Bed so so pillows horrid. Never again. It was clean."

"Rooms are not clean, urine around base of toilet and mold in showers. Multiple lights in room didn’t work. Toilet wouldn’t flush and sink and tub drains wouldn’t drain. Would not recommend. "

"The staff was nice but the property was horrible. The power was out until 2am. It was the worst stay ever. There was always something wrong in each room. We relocated and still issues. Toilet would not flush. It was just more than I could stand. Could not sleep. Ceiling was leaving. They should have accomadating customer with a half off price for rooms since the electric was out for hours. Never again."

"There was a hole in the bathroom door, the microwave didn’t work and the tv color was off but the room was surprisingly quiet, staff was nice and the hotel was in a good location even if the hotel itself looked a bit dumpy"

"The staff was excellent! Very, very friendly and personable!!! the people who work in the kitchen and dining area worked so hard to make sure everybody was happy! The gentleman making the omelettes was especially kind and helpful!!!!!"

"Our room worked well for my husband, our daughter and her two children and myself. We liked the way the bathroom was laid out with the sink outside of the toilet/bathing area and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many options for everyone. "

"Property was not clean, breakfast was non existent except for cold coffee. Staff were never available and did not have amenities when asked. Stairwells and elevator were filthy. "

"Make sure you book here if you want your room to be canceled an hour before check in. We booked a room with this hotel almost 2 months ago for the Luke combs concert, one of their incredibly rude staff members who only talked over us the whole time, called AN HOUR BEFORE CHECK IN- to cancel our room. They proceeded to tell us it’s not their fault that their rooms were overbooked and didn’t accommodate us and hung up on me MID SENTENCE!!!! Were hours away from home and now have nowhere to stay...
