"I stay here every time I'm in Batavia. Wish the horses were always racing though. Walking distance to great restaurant, Alex's. Great restaurant right in the casino. Bartenders were very friendly in casino and never waited for a drink. Continental breakfast is wonderful. Have your pick of just about anything. Maids were super friendly also. Great place."

"I thought this place was great. And for the cost it was perfect. The room was spacious. The bed was huge. And it was clean. The fridge and microwave were great. And we were right next to the pool and I didn’t find it loud at all. It closes at ten so it’s not like people were getting all crazy there all night. The staff was really nice. And the breakfast was good! People always have something to complain about but take my word for it, it was totally worth it."

"This property has clear signs of neglect. The exterior carpeting by entrance was ragged and torn. When we arrived a massive rainstorm had just passed. Our room had a large puddle on the floor near the wall that we could not determine the source. We saw no evidence of a leak. We did notify housekeeping and they immediately dried it. The room floor was vinyl flooring, not carpet. When checking in we were handed bottled water, which was nice. We later discovered why. The water from the faucets...

"I booked a reservation for my granddaughter who was traveling from Alaska with two small children and when she got there they said the reservation was canceled with no explanation and she had to take an Uber to some place where they were available. she says the place was horrible. the staff was horrible. it was dirty and all kinds of riff Raff all around there. she said she would never have stayed there. anyway, please do not go there and by the way they charged me for her stay when she didn't...
