One of the most scenic hotels I’ve stayed in. Our beach view room was GREAT for seeing & hearing the crashing waves. The property is constantly being manicured by staff (literally picking up large leaves by hand daily)! Beautiful plants all over the property. I did have a slight issue with a smoke detector that kept chirping (low battery warning) that took two days to replace. But overall, VERY good place to stay if you’re looking for peace & quiet (NOT a “party” place)!

If you’re thinking about staying here, please do. The hotel in reality is STUNNING. The pictures don’t do the justice. The gardens are magical, the vibe is so tropical, ocean is seconds away… the pools are always clean, daily cleaning service, the staff are amazing, always helpful and positive. It’s very SAFE which was one of our concerns before we arrived. There’s a supermarket 2 min away so if you need anything it’s right there. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The only things I’d take into consideration is the WiFi. It’s been on and off so it’s worth spending the extra money for cellular data. Thank you so much for making our vacation such an amazing experience.

A perfect hotel
A perfect hotel if you want to have a good sleep in a great room, its clean supernice rooms located next to the ocean. The only sound you might hear in the night is the waves from the ocean. One of the best hotel I stayed in, highly recommend this hotel. Staff are super nice and helpful.

Cabarete Beach Oceanfront Apartment
The name really does say it all. We were lucky to get upgraded to the ocean front penthouse suite, with a total of three balconies, one being on the rooftop. There was so much space and this ocean view was probably the best on the property. Very private and safe with security front and back. Excellent value and terrific views. Close to a grocery store and many restaurants nearby on the beach and on the main street. So good we extended our stay for three extra days. If available grab this place!

Everything was amazing! From the start the staff was pleasant and accommodating. Pools were clean and the perfect temperature. And the view was breathtaking. Close enough to walk to many bars/restaurants. And I highly recommend getting a massage!

Beautiful property . Fell in love with landscape. Quiet, clean, very close to restaurants, shops and the best natural pools in the area Staff very attentive, from the receptionist to the security. I would must definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The front desk called a car for me to go on a really nice tour of caves and the driver got me there and back. I was traveling alone and felt very safe on the property.

The property is beautiful. So lush and well maintained. We stayed for 5 days and our room was steps away from the ocean. It was secluded and private. We were the only people at the beach swimming most of the times. This hotel is walkable to restaurants and markets. I’d stay here again.

The grounds were gorgeous and loved having both a cold and hot tub. The building and room designs are unique. We had some issues with a lot of water coming in through our front door (causing us to use up our beach towels) and we had a patio to use but couldn't because the way the building was designed set us up for crazy wind outside our door to where the furniture all has to be tied down. The biggest downfall was the wifi connection as I work remotely and only got one bar unless I went to reception. In addition, we knew there wasn't a restaurant when we booked but it would have made a huge difference in our stay if it did. If you love VERY quiet and don't need wifi and eat out a lot, this place is perfect. Clean and beautiful. But if you want a more active feel and energy or work remotely, you may want a different option. Overall, a 7 out of 10.

Very nicely surprise with the quality of property
We like to walk and you can walk to the main strip in 5 to 10 minutes on the main road. You can walk to a beach directly on the property. I would say we were 500 ft from a beach area and could see the ocean from our 2nd-floor porch, which wrapped around the whole apartment. The site is very clean and modern. 10-minute walk to Kite Beach and Restaurants on the water. Pool and hot tub on site. Very nice facilities. We found the bed to be very comfortable too.

The property is gorgeous. The staff were so helpful, warm and friendly. Loved that the beachfront was so accessible and walkable and the supermercado so close. We are early risers do would have loved a coffee maker in the room. Outside of that, loved the property. So well maintained and beautiful views. We look forward to visiting again.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The grounds are lovely and you'll find something new every time you explore. Our favorite spot was the "cold" jacuzzi area that overlooked the beach. The water there was the perfect temp in the afternoon. There is also a hot tub in another location as well. The beach was lovely. The water in front of the hotel was too rough for swimming but there were fun tidal pools to explore, and it was a five minute walk along the beach to swimmable waters in Cabarete Bay where you could rent a beach chair/umbrella and swim. Lots of great restaurant options in easy walking distance, as well as a supermarket for groceries. Hotel staff was excellent. Great upkeep of grounds and rooms. The only small negative for us was that the bed sheets were a little scratchy, but everything else far outweighed that. Also worth noting is that the view from our room overlooked an old cemetary, with the beach beyond that. I thought it was actually pretty cool and added to the charm, but some people might be a little weirded out by that! But not all the rooms would overlook the cemetary or are even near it, and if we hadn't been on an upper floor we would have never known the cemetary was there because it is small and walled in. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay and if we are ever in the area again we would absolutely stay there!

One-of-a-kind property. Charming in every way. Tucked behind the main drag that runs through Cabarete, it is an oasis between the mayhem of the road and the ocean and beach just steps away. The pool is clean and refreshing. The grounds are immaculate. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple (not fancy) but clean, functional, and comfortable. All good. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

A plus for Magnifico
The Magnifico was great. Room was well equipped. It was centrallt located right on the beach. The staff were attentive and super helpful. It was a great value and perfect.

Beautiful property! Grounds are well kept, and the gardens, plants, greenery are amazing. Ground la are cleaned swept daily. Seemed to be general maintenance happening consistently and that’s what you want to see. (Little things ie, a gentleman was touching up painted areas). Our room was the closest to the ocean, so it takes a beating from the warm salt air - you could see the effects of in on the exterior of our room and inside (rusted metal etc) But that’s normal. Place was beautiful.
