Additionally, we were incorrectly charged for snacks that we never even touched. The beach at this location was unusable; there was no dedicated swimming area, and a black flag was up due to dangerous conditions and jellyfish. Meanwhile, other resorts just 20 minutes away had safe, accessible swimming...

"Tv not working properly, coffee machine broken, no coffee cups offered, complimentary things just once for the whole week, restaurants are average and they ask you to wait for a table even though there are empy tables inside. Rooms need some renovations,. The beach has black flag all the time so you can not go into the ocean. You need to go to other hotels like Hilton for that. This is more a 3 star hotel"

You can’t open them because there isn’t a screen. There isn’t an elevator and there are LOTS of steps so not handicapped accessible. "

"This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless. Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. "We spent Spring Break Easter week with our 2 daughters at Villa La Valencia. We did all inclusive and felt everything was perfect. The place is pristine the food was great the staff all knew my name by the end of the week. There was plenty of friends for our daughters to make by the family pool. We paid extra for a few activities at the kids club. All the staff from the kids club said hi to my daughter after while we were around the property and she loved the time spent. "Zoetry is the perfect resort to stay at while visiting Los Cabos. It’s small and therefore it has less people, less noise and less stress. It’s perfectly positioned midway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose. The room was top notch, the service impeccable and dollar for dollar perhaps the best deal in the area."
