"We stayed at this hotel for 8 days and overall had a very pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has several swimming pools with plenty of lounge chairs. A big plus was that the hotel was only about 50% occupied during our stay, so it was always easy to find a good spot and a chair near the pool. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because of the food. "Very nice and clean"

"Hotel is beautiful and clean. Draw backs are it’s too big a property. Going into town is a process navigating to the main hotel lobby. To access Uber you have to exit the main hotel area and wait in the sun. Returning from a graduation ceremony we got in too late to access the mercadito to get some water, we asked the front desk however we were told they did not have water for us and directed us to the gym to get water however without a receptacle we couldn’t get any."

"The room was immaculate and the service was top tier. They were all so helpful and attentive. You do get greeted by a time share person right away giving you a hard sell for the welcome breakfast but other than that no complaints. It was quiet sophisticated luxury. The food and drinks were also excellent at every onsite restaurant."
