"The pools are great. Rooms are outdated but huge, if you have more than 4 people you’ll get a pretty good size suite. Has a Mojave dessert aesthetic."

"a lot of miscommunication and not accommodating at all for a lot of situations where problems were faced"

"I love this place. There were so many great things about it. The staff was incredible. Every one of them. All helpful and kind. The food was amazing. The accommodation was comfortable. we’re"

"Beautiful place to stay! Love the beach not crowded."

"My second stay at this property. I appreciate that many of the restaurants have A/C and are comfortable. In my experience many resort hotels have only (or mostly) open air restaurants. Fine for lunch in swimwear but even in shorts outdoor meals can be very uncomfortable. I had a reserve room and I suggest booking in the reserve section. The reserve pool was never crowded and the service there was good. The reserve section at the beach was also nice. Keep in mind that even though the resort has a...

"The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough."

"Todo de primera"

"Staff were great."

"Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. She made no effort to help, leaving us hungry and frustrated until another hostess stepped in. I wish I had gotten her name so management could address the situation. We paid for an all-inclusive experience, and...

"Rooms were a bit dated. Hallways were dirty. Elevators were non working in areas and dirty as well. Dress code restrictions and no reservation option made eating a challenge for a beach resort. Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again."

"Westin In San Jose Del Cabo is amazing. Resort is designed beautifully, clean with all the conveniences you need. Yoga in the morning, excellent gym, deli on site with great coffee or any other groceries you may need. Many restaurants on site too. Pool bar, and plenty of organized activities, with Alicia, Sebastian and Perlita brining joyful energy to many activities."

"Best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed at! 10/10"

"You paid a lot of money to stay in this high end resort and it was worth the price."

"We had a wonderful couple of days here with family and friends. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The kids had a great time in the lazy river and the food everywhere was incredible. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. I gave it a four star because I feel there needs to be a bit more for kids to do as there isn’t much. We had 11-13 yr olds and I feel if there’s a teen lounge, ping pong something extra it would be amazing!"
