The place was very updated, clean, welcoming, and beautiful. The location is also very nice. Beautiful place in a very nice area. So many coffee shops and restaurants walking distance away. The sushi place next door was also. The people were welcoming and nice. Google Translate came in handy.

The apt is clean, wi-fi is fast, swimming pool and hot tub were nice. It is quite noisy in the night due to traffic. One night, there was a car's alarm went off for several hours. Barely slept. We lived 7 nights, coffee was gone after 3rd day, garbage bags were gone after a couple days. We asked if we can get resupplied, with the linen and towel. We were told we have to pay $45 usd to have the service. They did come by to drop off 3 more garbage bags which didn't last long. We have to buy the bags by ourselves. On Saturday, we were going to pay for the service, but they were off. The bed is pretty old and small. The location is nice.

Lovely room

The room was great. The amenities were good, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It is about a 20 minute walk to downtown Cabo. The location is good but not great and it is a bit noisy. The pool is cold but refreshing and clean. Overall it is a decent place to stay.

Must Stay Property

The property is beyond nice and a prime location, near the Marina in Cabo San Lucas. The property has a beautiful view in the top floor and amazing pool too. The parking area provides a safe place for your vehicle. The front desk personnel are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again.

The apartment was very comfortable. The view was incredible and the beds were comfortable. The ac did not work in one bedroom but there was a fan. Also the tvs in the bedrooms kept changing channels and turned off frequently when we weren’t even touching the controls.

What you see is not what you got

Hello I don't know if anyone will read me. We liked the building and the very quiet neighborhood. A few steps from the Marina which we visited every day. We decided to choose Lumina at Cardinal Cabo San Luca by the photos showing the bright apartments lit by large windows, balcony and laundry set. We were disappointed that this was not what we got.
