"We stay overnight during a 12 hour layover and it was great because the hotel has AC (important during an heat wave event; not all hotels in Europe have this); and it is literally 5 min walk from the arrivals gates. Super safe and well lit path to the hotel. Check in is 24/7. Only critique would be charging ports in the room are no super convenient. "I am obsessed with trains. I didn't pick a train side room because I knew the river was what I wanted more on this trip. but I wish I could've done both at the same time! The staff was courteous and knowledgable. I had to leave too early for breakfast and they offered and it was packed it for me. there is a kettle in the room! this is gold! and they were so good with when I really should leave for the airport and getting the taxi."

"The hotel was centrally located and not too far from the City Centre.
Rooms were clean and nice. House keeping comes everyday to clean and replenish. The staff were very polite and helpful, answered a y queries I had.
Buffet breakfast had an array of choices from breads, fruits, to pastries.
Our kids enjoyed the pool only one improvement I'd suggest is to put in like 4 heavy duty fans. That pool house was steaming hot.
The Soul restaurant was by far the best. Ivo our server was very attentive...

Unfortunately we experienced several items within our room that didn’t work or were in bad repair - broken AC, water pipes that “screamed” when having a shower and frayed rugs.

"A perfect beach hotel just outside of Lisbon and likely the best hotel in Costa Da Caprica. Clean and well-maintained property, nice pool area, outdoor bar, and a fun lobby bar area to catch a soccer match with guests. As close to clean, beautiful beaches as you can be in the area. Plenty of dining options within walking distance, along with markets and enough shopping nearby in a traveler-safe environment.
The rooms are adequate size, but not more. Ours were on the 6th with perfect oceanfront...
