However, there are a few things that I look for even though I may not use them myself everytime. Just because, my son may want to book a room or something you never know life's hand. "Our room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. They breakfast was so delicious I will be going back. I think at so point. It's one of my favorite hotels for the area and I trevel that area every few months to see my son."

"Well designed newly built structure so we never imagined that we'd encounter bug infestation. We removed from the bedding insects that we saw but were bitten by bugs during the night. We notified management so hopefully they'll secure competent pest control services."

"The smell in that property was very bad. It was all over and more on elevator. They have sprayed the room sprayer heavily in spite of that it was nauseating. I have never stayed in any such smelly hotel. Since we booked last minute this came in our budget. But my stay experience was completely spoiled due to the smell. "The hotel is badly in need of renovations. The dog area is next to a cliff that is hidden by a narrow row of bushes. No signs up to warn anyone, only saw the cliff once it was light out. No immediate lights on the area. The toilet ran and ran, wouldn’t flush properly. The shower curtain rod was bent in such a way that it would not stay closed. Water on the floor because of it. "This property has so much potential, stayed a couple of years ago and it was great. I wanted a top floor balcony room with a lake view. I made a mistake when reserving the room and got a first floor pool view room instead. I was told there were no other rooms available but was assured as soon as one was available we would be moved. We stayed for a week, never notified of a different room. The pool was dirty, it was never cleaned and the pump and filters were either not working or never turned...

"There was glasses or water jeg kept. Tv table dusty. Patio furnitures are old and not clean. There was no facility to keep our bags and no hangers. Laundry bag not kept. Shower knob was very hard to turn. Sofa was torn in couple of places. No cleaning clothes kept in kitchen. These are small but matters. Otherwise stay was good."
