"When we arrived to check in at 4pm, there was a note to call a phone number on the reception desk. No answer. Left a message. After about 10 minutes got a message that the receptionist would be right there. After another 10 minutes, she arrived and gave us our keys. The hotel had no bicycles for free use as mentioned online. The pool was dirty and the next morning, it was closed for "maintenance". No bars of soap in the bathroom. The hotel had everything you need. We stayed for 2 nights. We could have stayed longer. The sunset sky in the evening was lovely. The lights of the theme park were also cool. "A third of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an issue. Packaged cereal made my daughter sick. Yogurt was old and lumpy. Omelet wasn’t good, potatoes were okay. Fitness was outdated, dumbbells were useful. Pool area was very warm. The room was clean. Toilet takes a while to flush. Shower/tub could be updated."
