"Overall the staff and the property were nice. Our bedding on one of the beds was dirty like the bed was made but the sheets were visibly dirty. Other than that and the horrible condition of the parking lot it was a decent stay for the value and location."

"Just what we needed"

"Very clean and well maintained. The TV was about 32 inches which isnt a big deal but its nice to watch TV in your room at night. The "beach towels" are tiny so take your own. Continental breakfast is "chilled food" so toast cereal yogurt. Kids in the adult pool most of the time. But overall for the price it was worth it."

"Check in is at 4 got there at 330 said room wasn’t ready they would text me when ready never got text or call had to go back and remind them finally got room around 5pm go up to room then key card didn’t work had go get it replaced rented a golf cart and it had problems with steering and the parking brake wouldn’t work had to take it back and was told they didn’t have other one but they come up with one it was run down but better then the first one. "The hotel was clean but basic. The staff were extremely helpful when we checked in and changed our room for us. The breakfast could be better. Not much choice and the same every morning, one morning we went down and it was literally standing room only, they need a bigger breakfast room. The lady who looks after breakfast was very friendly and chatty.The pool was ok but when there are a few kids in there it’s extremely noisy and there aren’t very many chairs to sit on. The internet is terrible...

"Very comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Great view. Close to the Jet Express to enjoy a day at Put in Bay."

"Room was clean and the location was very close to Cedar Point. The fan on the air conditioner was loud and ran continuously, so if noise bothers you, if my annoy you. If you turned it off the room got stuffy. It was OK for us. The breakfast was an added bonus, but they kept running out of the pancake mix in the pancake maker, especially if you went the last 1/2 hour."

"The room was nice and clean. The room has been recently remodeled, and the air conditioning worked great. The staff went above and beyond to return a forgotten item to us! Would definitely recommend!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by our stay. The room and beds were clean. The only issue we had was that our toilet filled very slowly so you could not flush often. The breakfast was great also the oil was clean. It was a great place to stay if you are headed to cedar point. Just a few minutes away and you really just need the hotel for a shower and a bed! However, they also have a good selection for breakfast and a snack time at 7. We missed it overall great value for the price."

"We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful."
