"The best part about this property was the staff, who were very helpful, arranging for storage of our luggage until check-in time and taking care of a broken chair. Thank you to Sara for the help. The room was spacious but did not have air-conditioning. Two fans were provided but at the time we visited, opening windows proved adequate. The staff had told us we could get anothercfan if needed. We did not avail ourselves of the breakfast. The property is about a 45-minute walk from the cruise...
"Did not like that I could not get a blanket in place of a very warm DUVET, which I do not like to sleep under.
I also feel it is a safety issue that there was no telephone in the room, every time I needed reception I had to walk down to the front desk.
I am a senior and do not use a cell phone. Was not very pleased with my stay here at all this time!"
"Excellent location to airport for an early flight. Nice walk to nearby park and further on to Eastleigh. Not much in the area of hotel for food so plan accordingly. Rooms clean and basic but did the job. Very efficient staff in the hotel section, restaurant was ok but expensive for what you get. A pleasant stay."
