We had a dinner after to check in , the meal was delicious and big portion , and we go back for breakfast next morning , great selection on buffet and price was reasonable, the staff assisted us to call the taxi to cruise terminal, will stay again when back next time

Honestly an amazing stay. The bed was exceptional, room clean and bathroom quite clean. Exceptional in it is exactly what we wanted and needed. 5* not because it’s a ritz but because it’s clean, very comfortable and perfect location for cruise port.

The rooms are not clean after complaining many times, they only clean 1 day out of the four days we stay, we have to walk to the front desk to get towel on our own.

Excellent location - 5 minute walk to Sea City Museum which is the venue too for the separate Titanic Story. Ten minute walk to WestQuay Shopping mall which includes Waterstones book store and cafe (quiet cafe). There are lots of cafes in the mall too and variety of retail stores. Southampton is lovely, lots of parks. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Good value for the money. Breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of options. The dinner menu was more limited - pub fare. However, there are lots of restaurants along the walk to West Quay Mall. I would recommend this Premier Inn.

We had a wonderful experience staying here during our time in Southampton. The property itself is lovely, and the team working here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Our room was absolutely spotless, which is always a huge plus. The daily breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location made exploring so easy. We were surrounded by shops and attractions all within a short walk.

The room was very clean, perfect for our needs for a one night stay. Only downside is that there is no receptionist waiting for guests’ arrival. Guests have to press a buzzer to be assisted, and staff was not always quick to respond. Everything ran smoothly after that, and we would definitely stay here again should we be sailing out of Southampton again.

We stayed for one night prior to boarding a cruise. For one night, arriving late and departing early it was an okay stay for that price. However, we reserved two identical rooms, the state of the rooms were in need of some update, our shower didn’t have a curtain (while the other room’s shower did) and with the room fully set for a family of four - the beds were stacked from wall to wall and the only way to get in was climbing the front of the bed. Also, the breakfast was very limited in variety.

It’s in a fabulous location 450 metres (up hill) from the central railway station and only 200 Metres from most of the best shopping in Southampton. I will be back if I cruise out of Southampton again - only 10 minutes in a taxi to the port which cost £12

AC only on when in room and didn't cool adequately for sleep, no comfortable seating in room and bed was hard. Water temp in shower went from steaming to cold at will without me touching any controls. Front desk staff was very helpful in printing updated boarding passes.

Room was clean. The room had working air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend this Southampton hotel. Location was adequate with goid access to the train station and a lengthy (30 minutes) walk to the old town center. For the American travelers, the hotel does not provide wash cloths with the towels. Odd. Nonetheless, a very nice hotel.

We stayed at two Premier Inns in England, one in Southampton and the other in London Waterloo, both were not high end posh hotels but were reasonably priced , very well maintained and very conveniently located. Highly recommend them and they seemed to be located all over the UK.
