"This is the best hotel that I have stayed in London form the last 20 trips to this city. The staff were out of this world and when I left my backpack in the taxi coming from the airport they went out of their way to find it and got it returned . Even when I asked for newspaper, they went and bought the paper I wanted it and delivered to my room. This hotel will be my destination next trip tp London"

"I had a very early departure consequently there was no opportunity for breakfast. Staff at check-in and check out were excellent. Hallways had an odour. Bathroom was clean but the sink vanity and small wall shelf were disappointing. My suite on the 4th floor looked right down over the square. As for shopping options, it is Sloan Square and King’s Road so everything is there."

"I have stayed at this hotel close to 20 times. As I checked in I was told I was upgraded. The room however was smaller than I have ever been in at this hotel before. I very much doubt I was upgraded. Very disappointing."
