"Parking was easy and free. Staff within were not very professional. Getting food was terrible-very slow, not helpful and didn't care. Couldn't fathom check in rules as we couldn't get a room earlier yet a family member who had not arrived could....same type room. Crazy. I know it wasn't checkin time but we had to get changed for an evening wedding do and asked but they weren't very pleasant with their attitude"

"Great location on the promenade. You can walk to pubs, restaurants, and music in Salt Hill. And it's a short cab ride to all the sites in Galway."

"Room was clean and had air conditioning. Shower was good, no complaints. Lifts worked, great access to downtown. I didn't book parking at the building but they validated parking at the near by parking garage so it gave a comparable rate."

"It's a very basic one- or two-star hotel; an older building with very basic bedding, no A/C, small bathroom and shower, no lift, and a basic breakfast setup with continental and buffet items. There was free parking, which I appreciated. It was fine, but somehow I way overpaid (335 EUR / 395 USD) for what it was; I thought it would be a nicer and maybe more personalized B&B experience, but as it was I was disappointed. "Unbelievable location. Great apartment. Staff is extremely responsive. Trouble with the washer/dryer, but it was resolved. Could have used a few more towels and TP, but the staff took care of it quickly. Cannot stress the location enough. Highly recomend a stay there."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was a good selection and very delicious. The location was convenient for us. (@ 10 minutes to Eyre Square and area). We had the top floor room (quadruple room but three beds) which meant a lot of stairs (28 each way) each time we left the room. "Although we asked to have trash removed and clean towels three days into our 5 day stay, and although they said they would, it didn’t happen. The room was nice, quiet and convenient."
