"Great location on the promenade. You can walk to pubs, restaurants, and music in Salt Hill. And it's a short cab ride to all the sites in Galway."

"The view is the best part of this apartment. It is mostly clean and the location is good. The air conditioner is only in the living room, so that is misleading from the description. The air conditioner did not work when we arrived. Called after hours service, they said it would be the next morning before someone could come out to look at. No one ever came to look at the unit. I cleaned the filter and got it going again. The washer does not work well. Clothes smell worse after the wash. Could be another maintenance issue being ignored. So good and bad things, guess you just have to decide what is important to you."

"This hostel is fantastic! The rooms are incredibly spacious, and since we were a group of four, we were given two rooms connected by a bathroom in the middle. Both rooms are cozy, and the bathroom is large and clean, featuring a fantastic shower. The decor of the hostel is vibrant and eclectic, adding to the overall charm. Plus, there's a mini fridge in the bedroom, which is a nice touch. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning, but it didn't affect our stay; I'm just mentioning it for anyone who might be concerned. We were lucky to snag the last parking spot at the hotel, but the parking area is quite small, which might pose a problem if it gets busy. The location is convenient, being close to restaurants and grocery stores, and it was wonderfully quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. When we left the hostel at 6 AM, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a great experience!"

"The check-in process was terrible. The lobby was full of people from a big group and we stood around waiting for nearly a half hour to get checked in after a long day of travel. The room was small but comfortable and we enjoyed the general vibe of the place. Staff were very friendly, we loved the gym, small pool and ice baths and we had a really good breakfast."

"Room were really clean,staff very good,breakfast very good. Parking ok. Only we have complain for toilet and we can't use cold water on sink( washed teeth on bath). Swimming pool unusual - first time I saw like this ,for women part especialy.That is not suitable for people with any special needs. That's it!Thank you "

"Parking was easy and free. Staff within were not very professional. Getting food was terrible-very slow, not helpful and didn't care. Couldn't fathom check in rules as we couldn't get a room earlier yet a family member who had not arrived could....same type room. Crazy. I know it wasn't checkin time but we had to get changed for an evening wedding do and asked but they weren't very pleasant with their attitude"
