"Check in was quick and easy. After that everything went down hill. Piss smell in stairwell. Guy passed out in front of his room from drugs or alcohol. Room was decent but had a closed up stale smell. Short of the story we left and found another room at the Quality Inn!"

"The Ac was malfunctioning in my initial room so I was moved to an available room quickly. The only issue I was the pool not being available. "

"The room was clean, comfortable beds. the hot tub was open from 7:00 a.m. which gave us time to go into the hot tub before we checked out which was great. we were visiting during cold season so the pool was a little cold. we didn't go in. the staff was great. they gave us free pizza from the little gift shop bought post cards which were reasonably affordable. I definitely recommend this hotel. it was nice and convenient. might stay there again if we come up into the New Orleans area"

"Didn't get to wrong to 10:00 p.m. went to take a shower around 11:30 no hot water air conditioner didn't work call office and was told maintenance will come fix water in the morning but maintenance came and told us we had to leave and we couldn't even take a shower"

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The reviews from a year ago still stand true today. Soon as you walk in you're hit with smell of wet carpet and mildew. The guy at the front desk was visibly frustrated and upset. Very unprofessional. When yoy check in apparently he texts your information to the manager so he can check you in from wherever he may be. My room did not have a microwave. TV didnt work. One set of towels. When I asked for more I was told their was only 1 towel available. I witnessed multiple guests leave for various reasons. At least 3 couples left because the door to their room either wouldnt lock or wouldnt close. My room key didnt work even after going downstairs 3 times to get a new one. The door had to be opened manually. The sheets were smelly. The mattress seemed like it was 30 years old. Overall out of 5, I would give this buisness a -3. Worst experience at a hotel PERIOD!! No coffee at breakfast in the morning. No juice. Only cereal and waffles. After traveling 8 hours this is not what I expected from a Choice brand hotel. Never staying here again. And you shouldn't either."
