"Inspire of Expedia completely screwing upy reservation (I'll never use them again) The hotel was great I suggest booking direct or using another service if you expect the room to be available when you show up and don't have to deal with infuriating bad customer service from Expedia the worse booking app on the Internet. THE HOTEL was GREAT not their fault Expedia failed to deliver ."

"Check in was easy. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Parking was easy for our big truck & trailer. "

"This is my third or fourth time staying at this location. I have always been pleased but noticed in recent years it was in need of renovation. This time I was pleased to see they are in the process of renovating and I was placed in a newly renovated room. Breakfast was great, staff is very friendly and coffe is always available. "

"Roaches"

"Red roof inns can be hit or miss. But dog owners love them because of their pet policy. I have stayed at 100 Red Roof Inns. I can count the ones that I would stay again on one hand. This one was clean and had a comfy bed. The tv and toilet worked. And the staff was great! I always get nervous for my car in parking lots that have a lot of day and night activity. But you can request to park right in front of your room, and the area is well lit. I never felt unsafe."

"Place is at a gas station. Guy was trying to sell me weed in the lobby not really the vibe I was looking for. Room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve stayed in worse but you get what you pay for at this place "

"I checked in and was assigned three different rooms, all of which were unsanitary. Towels were visibly dirty and brown, bedding had hair on it, surfaces had dried residue, and the toilet was unclean. The conditions were not safe or fit for occupancy. I left within minutes and did not stay. A manager verbally confirmed I would receive a full refund, but the hotel later refused to honor it and contradicted themselves when speaking to Expedia. The hotel and Expedia then passed responsibility back...

"Three pillows whiles in the bedsheets & stains on the sheets & comforter. Blinds broke door barely closed because of damages. Sink in bathroom had burn marks all over. Bathroom door had baseball size whole through it. Fake nails on the bathroom floor. People walking by all night long music blaring from parking lot all night long. Absolutely disgusting."

"Staff was very courteous and helpful. Everything seemed clean and neat. Laundry room was clean and easy to use. Breakfast items were good. A $100 safety/security deposit was required but it was explained well. I would stay here again when I return to Raleigh."

"Oh my goodness. Never had such a terrible experience. I checked in , paid , entered the room. There’s a woman sitting on the toilet seat open door in the room. She and me both screamed. I ran to the reception, told her the story and guess what she said to me… there are squatters who enter the hotel!!! Or another guest who entered the room to use the toilet. When I asked how a squatter or another guest can enter the room like this she blamed the housekeeper. She said sometimes they don’t close...
