"A wonderful stay from start to finish! We were so well looked after by Richard the owner. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and generous of his time spent with guests. The breakfast cooked from scratch each day by Logan was absolutely wonderful. We have never experienced service and hospitality like it! The location of the hotel is just perfect for visiting both the historic district and the seawall area. And to top it all off, Richard himself drove us to the port to join our cruise ship at the...

"I loved the quality and nostalgia of the property. Everyone was friendly. I would have given a 5 but the service at the restaurant Sunday night was a slow and a little unresponsive. The food was always outstanding and the service in the morning was truly outstanding. I used the valet service as well. I ended up not tipping anyone at the valet because while the car was delivered in a timely way, no one opened our doors or met us at the car. I’d visit again and would give a solid 4.5. "

"Our room was clean and beautifully decorated, and organized. The host and inn keeper were super friendly, they made delicious breakfast. The pool came in clutch, it was clean and heated. Some tiny downsides, the free bottle of wine was not provided to us. We wished they have many tables because we had breakfast with other guests in the same table, not bad but it was somewhat awkward. Overall a good experience."

"Our stay at this historical home was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. Many extras, including an outside shower and hot tub....a great bonus! The owner is very accommodating and communication is A++. Looking forward to a longer stay next time!"
