"Shouldn't be termed luxury. It's like the Donald Trump of hotels, say it and it's so. Air conditioning was not working. I don't term a queen bed as luxury, especially not one that moves everytime one of us moves. The interleading door, while locked, is not soundproofed and that ensured hearing cackling from the neighbours after their night out until 4am. Only one towel hook in the bathroom. "Extremely clean rooms, helpful staff. The restaurant is truly amazing. We arrived on the Blue Train and stayed 3 nights on the way to Victoria Falls. The driver said most guests arrive or deposit by the Blue Train or Rovos Rail and spend only 1 night. What a pity! The hotel is such a wonderful experience in itself. The driver took us to the Botanical Gardens which is really a very nice park one day and the Zoo the next. He wanted us to see the Union Building and statue of Nelson Mandela. I...

"We hadden een fijn verblijf, het personeel is super vriendelijk en de kamer groot en netjes. Het werd elke dag schoon gemaakt. Het ontbijt wordt vers voor je gemaakt. De ligging was ook nog eens perfect! "
