"Extremely clean rooms, helpful staff. The restaurant is truly amazing. We arrived on the Blue Train and stayed 3 nights on the way to Victoria Falls. The driver said most guests arrive or deposit by the Blue Train or Rovos Rail and spend only 1 night. What a pity! The hotel is such a wonderful experience in itself. "Shouldn't be termed luxury. It's like the Donald Trump of hotels, say it and it's so.
Air conditioning was not working. I don't term a queen bed as luxury, especially not one that moves everytime one of us moves.
