"Returned to this hotel for the second time. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, you get what you pay for and we were more than happy with our nightly rate. House keeping came every day, cleaned and replenished towels. Had an issue with our first room and reception were very quick to accommodate a move to an alternative room. Pool area is tidy, towels available and plenty of sun beds for everyone - no need to be up at 7am to get the best beds. Great location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Didnt eat on site so cant comment but restaurant always looked busy when we passed. Will definitely return, thank you Rosen Inn for another great stay!"

"Did not like the check in process. It was busy and could not find a spot to park and register. The person at door told us to take a left out to parking. We turned and got into an area with other cars doing same and there were construction vehicles etc. We finally got out of that area and found a parking garage.Took us over a half an hour to find check in area. Once checked in I could not find where I parked the car. Also $26 a night to park was not something I expect once paying for hotel and $175 each to enter Universal "
