"I stayed 4 nights and had no house keeping at all. No ice machines work anywhere on property. Roaches in room. The breakfast is just a little bit of cereal. No juice no nothing. The property is in bad shape."

"Room was not available at check-in time and had to wait 3 hours to even see if the room I reserved two days prior would even be available… the pool was trashed and not very clean, the vending machines were supposedly broken or out of order but I think the front desk didn’t want to give out change. The room was extremely small and the walls were dusty and none of the fire detection equipment had batteries or they were hanging off the wall. The air conditioning was stuck on so it was extremely...
