Great place to stay. Friendly service 24/7. Only reason I gave it a 4 on cleanliness is because theybaere doing some construction, but othwewise the room was very clean. Great value.

I was very impressed with this hotel. I had stayed before at other downtown hotels in Cairo and I would say this is by far the best one. It was very clean, renovated and nice staff. Nice rooms, very good breakfast, nice bathrooms with complete showers. It has everything you need and more. Very close to places to eat and the Egyptian museum. I would come back and recommend it for sure to any one. Worth the price. I’m not sure why it better rate it.

The staff is amazing.They are professional,informative,and always helpful. Above and beyond these facts, they are caring and kind.I am a 72 year old woman,and they were absolutely wonderful to me.I cannot stress strongly enough how their concern and kindness enhanced my trip.I stayed at the Amin for 14 days and will stay there again while in Cairo.

Excellent Hotel

I chose this hotel due to the location, I wantes somewhere in downtown rather than Giza as most of the places to visit are in downtown and wanted to minimise travelling. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially families. We stayed in a spacious family room which was more like a small apartment—it had two separate bedrooms, a hallway, a clean and well-kept bathroom, and a lovely balcony. One room had a comfortable king-size bed and the other had two single beds, which was perfect for our needs. The entire place was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were truly excellent—always helpful, polite, and ready to go the extra mile. Breakfast was also very good. A special thank you to Mr. Aala, the owner, who made our stay extra special. He went out of his way on several occasions and genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort and experience. May Allah (SWT) bless him, his family, and his business, and may it continue to grow and flourish. Ameen.

Basic and Clean hotel near downtown Cairo

Basic hotel downtown Cairo. Very clean and comfortable but the wifi was not working all the time. My wife really loved the traditional daily breakfast.

Excellent location for the Egyptian museum. Booked a 2-bedroom family room, got a small twin room. I gave the hotel the option of moving us to the paid-for room or returning the money difference, they moved us to a bigger room with three twin beds. Since it was on the quiet side of the hotel (no street noise), we were OK with it. The hotel/room is probably nice by downtown Cairo standards: efficient AC, hot water, clean, wifi slow but working. Our only significant complaint would be the mattresses which were of the cheapest type and terrible. Rooms are on floors 7-9 of what looks like a residential building, occasional electricity outage made us take the stairs. Elevators (when they work) are small but OK. Would rate it 8.5 out of 10 for Egypt.

My husband and I stayed at Amin this year 2023, January 25-28th. We would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are super-friendly, Hotel manager Achmed, Massoud, the Bellydancer guy, Emy Fares at restaurant upstairs. Celebrated my husband's birthday here. Awesome party. Excellent service. Indtjekningen var ikke optimal . Vi skulle have 2 singel room men de havde kun et. Forslag 1 vi kunne bo på dobbelt. Vi afslog. Forslag 2 vi kunne bo på et andet hotel hvilket vi gjorde men det var langt ringere end Amin og langt fra centrum. Så vi valgte at tage tilbage til Amin. Personalet var virkelig mege hjælpsomme. Så jeg vil bestemtkomme tilbage til Amin. Har boet på Amin for mere end tyve år siden så derfor valgte jeg det kh Lise Jytte Hansen
