It's always our greatest pleasure to stay at the Concord hotel, where we enjoy the best customer service, most friendly atmosphere, outstanding quality and variety of food, all accompanied by the cost of being there. We will definitely go back and stay there when we visit Egypt again.

The pool and great we came in the spring had some rain but the pool was nice and warm Room service was quite good and the restaurants were wonderful (not cheap but really good)

We found the staff very helpful but occasionally condescending. Otherwise, the place was great! Excellent food, customer service (Rita was especially helpful!!!), wonderful pool! Love it, will stay again next time in Cairo.

Staff are friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out are very quick. Also I like the hotel near Metro station. It's very helpful to have free shuttle bus to airport every hour. I only wish the breakfast would provide more variety and more local cuisine. Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay.
