This is a lovely hotel the rooms are spacious. The cleanest rooms and lobby. The pool is big and the gym was phenomenal.

Superb staff! Mohamed Saad, the concierge, Ibrahim and Maria at the front desk, and Safwat and the whole breakfast staff were all fantastic. The best hotel that I have stayed at in Africa, and I have been to 41 countries!

I travel extensively and this hotel is one of the best in the world. So gorgeous and with great service too. I want to commend Ibrahim and Maria at the front desk, the concierge Mohamed Saad, and Safwat and the crew at breakfast. The gym is the best that I have ever seen in a hotel.

Really good!!!

every thing was really good. we had a good experience in Triumph Luxury Hotel. they help the carry the luggage and be nice to us. coz we are on our honeymoon they upgrade our room and They also prepared a chocolate cake for us. All staff were so friendly. It was the happiest hotel we stayed in during our stay in Egypt. we will recommand this hotel to our friend.

My Stay

Hotel is amazing and staff are friendly. Rooms are capacious and very comfortable. The only concern I had is that hotel charged me additional 90 USD for three nights upon check in stating that paid price via hotels.com application is applicable only for locals and residents only. I was not convinced as I booked many times throughout application and never faced this conflict before. My overall experience is good but I was fed up concerning extra charge.
