"The venue was represented as a Bed and Breakfast on Expedia. The listed amenities included breakfast, The host explained it was not a Bed and Breakfast but a short-term rental. No breakfast was forthcoming. Moreover, the room did not have a bathroom but a shared bathroom down the hall that was not disclosed. The room was also unusually small. Finally, the room had a check-in after 4:30 and a checkout before 10AM. The home was beautiful but the experience of staying there was disappointing,"

"Staff was mean at my arrival. It felt like I distracted her from her phone by arriving a bit late (around I think 9:30pm). She was not helpful at all as I wanted to know my options for food. Also when I ordered my dinner through uber-eat and the food arrived, the delivery drier was not allowed to come to my room - which I understand policy but they way that was communicated to me was rude. "

"Great location and great pricing. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The bartender downstairs was very cool and remembered us from last time we stayed. I had an issue with my remote control and the front desk had somebody up there in 5 minutes to fix it. Walking distance to very many restaurants and the convention center. "I’m always amazed that chain hotels that are supposed to be professional in the sleep business neglect so many aspects of it. Parasite lights (clock, microwave, etc). This room had a huge gap at the door with the light of the corridor beaming into the room at night. AC making a jet sound when starting with weak cold air that could not maintain proper temperature. To say the least I did not spend a quality night of sleep. "
