"Overall, we had an okay stay. The service was good and the staff were friendly, but there were definitely a few things that could be improved. Our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was the building we stayed in. The keypad used to get into the building wasn’t working properly, and the shower for rinsing off after coming in from the beach also wasn’t working. "I didn’t like we had 3 kids and got a room with a shower and not a tub, but they eventually moved us 3 days after our stay. Also watch your stuff at the pool cause it will get stolen if you’re not watching it. Our kids brand new crocs were stolen. Location was great tho!!!"
