"This hotel have a complete plumbing problem. The drains are completely clogged. It took a minimum of 10 minutes for the water to go down the drain. The lobby, hallways and elevators DON’T have air conditioning. It’s very outdated. There was corn chips on the aged carpet as I opened my room door."

"The property was only six weeks old, so it is very clean so I have no issues with the cleanliness of the property or any issues with check-in. "Came all the way from Virginia to Charlotte to only be told that my room was canceled, I never received any notification from the property and it showed that it was still booked on Expedia. I called the hotel and they stated that I was supposed to get a text for an authorization form for my card to be charged even though I never received one and that they had gave my room away so me and my friends were stranded with no lodging as this was the weekend for a huge concert and everything was booked....
