"Die Unterkunft war sauber und leise, da das Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels lag. Eine einladende Terrasse stand mir zur Verfügung. Das Centro lag direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Hotel kommuniziert ich per WhatsApp. Leider vergaß man mich, da ich wahrscheinlich der letzte Gast im Haus war. Ich kann mein Bett selber machen, jedoch für ein angebliches Drei-Sterne Hotel gehört es dazu. Frühstück gab es nicht im Hotel direkt. Ist nicht weiter schlimm, doch der Laden 3 Minuten weiter bot gefüllten...

Host who greeted me was very kind and communicative. The room was extremely comfortable and cute, the little terrace is nice to have as well. "We enjoyed our short but very sweet night at Palazzo Privatera. We arrived on the heels of Cyclone Henry, so much of the town was shut down, but our host Alfio was extremely insightful and helpful. He showed us around this mideivel treasure, hosted a wonderful breakfast, and made our stay so comfortable! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the amazing property and town, but hope to return in the future to enjoy more of Mt Etna’s beauty and vineyards!"

"Great flat. Comfortable bed and shower (very slow to heat up at peak times when a lot of people were showering). Air con worked well and there was an espresso maker as well as kettle and tea / coffee and fridge. Lots of ants though - annoying! But one could live with them (well kill them). Location was perfect "
