"Great breakfast buffet and have some variety everyday. Great location right next to San Pedro market. The outlets in room were very loose, closet was broken. The windows are very thin so you can hear everyone and our room was right next to the stairs so we heard when people were going up and down. No elevator. Great value though."

"The WiFi was slow, I had important wifi calling that I needed to do and couldn’t because the signal kept getting dropped. Staff was very helpful when I was rushed for breakfast, but a touch of English speaking at the front desk first thing in the morning would have been very helpful. "

The room was perfectly sized, and we really appreciated the in-room oxygen enrichment system, plus oxygen masks on demand, which was a lifesaver for the altitude. The staff across all departments were incredibly welcoming and proactive in offering assistance. Highly recommended!!!"

We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. A really lovely and unexpected touch was the lovely fruit plate that was delivered to our door in appreciation for our business.
