"When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price."

"This was not a particularly pleasant stay. We had 2 rooms reserved (1 king with a sofa bed -- Rooms 430 & 434). Neither room had bedding available for the sofa bed and when speaking with the front desk attendant, they said they never keep bedding in the room for the sofa beds, which is something I've never heard of before. It took nearly 45 min to get bedding from them. Both rooms smelled of stale cigarettes and there was debris everywhere. In room 434, the sofa bed had a really gross stain on...

"I’m going to be honest, the property is a slob, rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and were not clean. The room was rented for 4 people and they only provided 2 towels to shower with. "The room was horrible. The room smelled of smoke as soon as you got in the room. The room was relatively clean. The door on the bathroom was hanging off the hinges. Literally hanging off. We had to hold up the door and push it on. Then the bath tub was not clean. We didn't even take a shower because the tub was not clean. If you need it for one night it's ok."
