"The room was spacious, clean, and safe for my 90 yo mom. The kitchenette was wonderful! Our room was quiet as was the hotel, the hotel is in a quiet location even tho it’s close to the airport. Our room had a view of a little lake with geese on it. I cannot say enough about how ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY, and CUSTOMER ORIENTED the hotel staff at the front desk was!!! "This is great for a park and stay for your car. It should be known there is no shuttle after midnight and you are on your own… if you try to rebook alternate stays during a snow storm and don’t make it, there is a no- show fee. Upon finally arriving a “deal” was made that was more expensive than neighboring hotels with proper amenities. There was no hot water, even after running full blast for half an hour (hotel was empty), no drinking water or coffee. "

"No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. "

"The photos really didn't do this hotel justice - it's very attractive and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well-decorated and spacious, and the communal spaces were very nice. We were able to park right out front on the street and walk to many dinner and entertainment options. Be aware that not all rooms have windows, so if that's important to you, be sure to verify before reserving your room. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!"
