It is dog friendly, but we got the basement unit. Thermostat wasn’t working so it was 27 degrees when we arrived. Turned off at night to cool down. Brrr in the am to wake up to. Bed was ok, too soft and worn for our liking. Have to admit you get what you pay for.

Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel
There are several things with the pool that are broken. They say they're the warmest pool in the city. It was freezing cold. Always looking for towels. For the amount we pay the Jets didn't work the water fall downstairs in the hot tub didn't work and again freezing cold pool water. No bacon at breakfast ...

Everything was good! Gym, Nespresso coffee in the room, blackout blinds, great AC/heater unit, huge shower! Staff was very hospitable in booking my shuttle and arranging for parking.
