"I have been staying at Indian Wells Resort for the past 10 years whenever I visit the Coachella Valley because it is a beautiful resort with a great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, this recent stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. My family & I arrived at approximately 3:47 p.m. & attempted to check in. "The staff was great. The beach access is wonderful. The two things I wish I had known about was our extremely out dated and dirty room. The carpet, smell and ripped sheets felt like i was staying at a motel 6 off a freeway. If you are to stay DO NOT get a room in the back. The low fence and short bushes made us feel extremely unsafe. I was shocked. At night there were people sleeping in thier cars and drunk people just feet away from your sliding glass door. Those two things will stop us from...
