"One of the housekeeping staff showed us where to check in. The resort is very large and we werent sure where to go. Plus it was raining a lot when we arrived. Our room was upstairs. No elevator. The room was clean and neat. "

"We had a wonderful stay! I absolutely love the cozy rooms—their quaint design are such a breath of fresh air from the usual hotels I stay at, and their amenities are generous. We really appreciated the slippers! Parking was great, and love that it is a short drive to Solvang. Might recommend implementing quiet hours—our neighbors had the TV on loud all night, but that was an inconsideration on the guest’s behalf and not the hotel.
