"Rooms have a bed and maybe a desk in one chair kinda looks and feels like a prison. The gentleman behind the counter is actually very nice, but the entirety of the building could use some love."

"Erin at the front desk was very helpful! The hotel needs a dramatic update. The rooms are dated. Outside the rooms are old chairs that are rusted and need to be replaced. Not business friendly. Not much to do in Shelter Cove either. I saw the beach and that's about it. Nice cool weather. The road in and out was long and dangerous to drive. Don't get too close to the edge of the property or it's a long way down."

"Great place for a relaxing getaway! Beautiful atmosphere, great for wine lovers, and a perfect spot to enjoy a few days away. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back. Vey Europe-like escape- definitely a place worth visiting!"

"We had a nice room overlooking the Klamath river. The staff was very helpful and we loved the proximity to the Redwoods. Chocolate chip cookies were available at night along with some port wine. The breakfasts were very good. We wished we were there for their dinners on the weekends. The grounds around the Inn were well cared for."
