"Awesome staff, Andre at the front desk was on top of his game. When he found out, it was our anniversary he provided a credit to be used on my dinner at the hotel. Our room was awesome overlooking the bay harbor. I definitely will return there for my next San Diego visit."

"The room was so cute and fairly clean. The only down side was that the pool and jacuzzi were not maintained, were dirty and green so we could not use them. The room is advertised for 3 people max but the bed did not even fit two people comfortably. Our room door did not lock at all. The staff member showed us how to lock it by pulling it close to lock but even when we put our body weight it could still be opened when we pushed it without the passcode. "Has always our stay at the Hyatt was amazing with the downside that this time around there was a convention going on and the main pool was closed half of the time we were there as well as the watertable. Other than that are staying with incredible we will be back soon"
