"The location against the mountain is great as it is more protected from the sun and wind. The workout room is very good and having multiple pools and spas to choose from is unusual. When we had an issue with the room in the cottages across the street the staff handled the situation well and moved us to the main building for the rest of pur stay. I would recommend selecting a room in the main building against the mountain."

"They don't say this upfront, but there are no elevators! They hide it in their listing under accessibility instead of telling customers outright. The process getting in was super easy, but our room was nothing like the listing. I reserved a king room with a small kitchenette, but when we got there it was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit with no king bed. Tried to text the number they provided but didn't hear back. Also charging $40 a night for parking is insane. There is tons of free parking...
