"This is a wonderful boutique hotel. We loved the location, decor, and little coffee shop attached. The cute tables outside were fun to sit at and watch the city wake up. The room was quiet and spacious. This place offered everything we needed for a truly memorable vacation. "

"Location is great, close to downtown/ chinatown/ferry building. Staff was friendly and helpful. The floors are mostly carpeted and halls are dimly lit. The lobby is small but nice. We were on the 7th floor but could still hear some traffic from the street. We could also hear the neighbors opening/closing their doors and people talking in the hallways. "So many things to like. Vintage floral decor, and operating quite vintage elevator. Charmingly laid out breakfast, and nice early start for breakfast, 7:30. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and cozy sitting area in room with fireplace. Great location too. What more could one want? I’m coming back"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the room was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept great. Everything was very clean, and you can feel the high level of service. The staff was friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the kitchen — the food was excellent.
On the downside: the chair in the room was very uncomfortable.
