"Staff were lovely, room was comfortable, and the location is awesome. Unfortunately, if you get a room on the bottom floor (and I imagine same applies to levels 2-3) the noise from your upstairs neighbour is really bad. Staff were very apologetic and advised that they couldn’t move us after night 1 as they were fully booked, but it did put a bit of a dampener on our stay. Still worth the price, just bring ear plugs or request a room on level 4!"
