The mattress on the pull out couch was awful (wicked thin and the couch itself was broken so when pulled out, the mattress inclined backwards instead of flat.) Draw in the bathroom was broken, so couldn't access the hair dryer or extra toiletries housed in it."

"The employee that checked me in went against company policy and took my cash as a deposit and stole it. They won't give me my money back or acknowledge that my money was stolen because I used a towel to clean up a sweet tea spill and some got on the sheets. The room had roaches and stains already on the towels but I wouldn't have cared or complained until the staff decided to handle this the way they did. Nasty jacuzzi tub also."
