"The staff are extremely friendly making you feel special right from check in to restaurant! Nothing too much trouble. The views are amazing from every room of Santa Ponsa bay. The food is freshly cooked and beautifully presented. also cooked to order with a theme each night such as seafood or Spanish. There is a dining terrace overlooking the bay and if you time it right you have a front row table every time!

A warm welcome you can't help but notice the lovely subtle aroma as you enter reception, which carries on throughout the hotel.
The room was lovely a wonderful view of the marina below from the spacious balcony.
The breakfast was amazing, unhurried, outstanding cooked breakfast including possibly the best omelette i've had, a great choice of fresh fruit and a fantastic setting.

"I stayed for 8 nights with my daughters. Our room was spacious with a balcony and beautiful view! Upon our arrival Jaime greeted us, his level of customer service was top notch! Breakfast was included with our stay, I highly recommend that option as the buffet is incredible. Their dinner buffet is also outstanding! "Amazing location set between 2 lovely beaches with fabulous views. Paguera is a great resort with lots of shops and restaurants and a relaxed vibe. Hotel had great staff, service was excellent, food at breakfast was all very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the sun lounger reservation system they have but that’s just preference. "

"Abbiamo scelto questo hotel con Apartamenti solo per due notti ,mi e dispiaciuto andare via ,il terazzo bellissimo, la musica la sera bellissima, una vista mozzafiata,nel appartamento ce di tutto ,siamo stati veramente bene!Grazie .consiglio assolutamente per famiglie,molto comodo ,lo staff gentilissimo ..un po di chiasso la sera ma chiuse le finestre con si sente niente ...."
"This is a superb hotel which makes you feel that you are staying in a large private house in the countryside. Ana and Victor are brilliant hosts, very attentive but they have also created a very relaxed environment. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and keep the property and gardens to a high standard. It is a great platform to visit the beaches and local restaurants. Would love to come back again.
