We stayed for three nights in a Palace Room (their most basic), the hotel is a serene haven, the room lovely. Food (especially breakfast) is outstanding, The pool area (there are 3) has more luxury cabanas than there are rooms so you can always get one. "Gute Lage, angenehme Zimmergrösse, mit Balkon und gutem Duschbad. TV leider wenig internationale Sender, resp. wenige mit deutschem Programm. Highlight des Hotels ist der Spa-Bereich mit Massagedüsen und -Liegen, Wasser-Circuito, Sauna etc. Leider war das Wasser etwas kühl, die Rede war von einem technischen Problem, ansonsten sehr angenehm, zum Wiederholen. "I stayed in winter so the area was much quieter than in summer ... just how I like it. The accommodation was basic but comfortable and included a studio kitchen with electric hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cutlery and plates. Everything was very clean and all the staff were freindly and helpful. Air conditioning was effective for both heating and cooling. Anything negative I could include here would be nit-picking. Overall I would certainly recommend INN Mallorca...

"We had a lovely stay in mid-October. The room was nice, with a big, comfortable bed. We would have preferred a completely separate bathroom rather than the modern glass-style installation, but after many years of marriage, it was fine. The view was fantastic. Outside, the pool area was excellent, with a saltwater pool and direct access to the sea — clear, warm water even in October. The pool restaurant was very good, and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection...

"The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves. Sandra was most accommodating and truly an asset to the hotel."
