"From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "

"The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from the old town but far enough that you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. "We had a no-window room on the first floor for 3 nights. It was the most beautiful room we've stayed in. The lighting and the wood details in the room were so beautiful! Everything was very clean, the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. The separate shower was a big plus. Everything worked well in the room. All the member of staff were so lovely, we had such a great stay here. Would love to come here again!"
