"This is the last time we'll stay here unfortunately. We had good experiences before. This time, the fire alarm went out each night, we were told because someone was smoking in their room. The manager didn't know how to turn them off. This severely affected us for the next day. There were some other minor problems, including not checking for and telling us when our baggage arrived late from the airport. We had to hunt around and find them ourselves."

"Amazing hotel and located on the island of murano. The ferry takes you to main Venice in about 10-15 minutes and they come every 10 minutes so don’t let its location steer you away from this hotel. Loft style rooms were nice as well. I would avoid the breakfast though, it was nothing to rant about. Otherwise an amazing state and they have a free water taxi to the Venice airport."
