"Do not expect a hotel experience. This is literally a capsule with a bed and a TV that only gets three Italian channels. The biggest issue is the noise. The doors to the washrooms are constantly opening and closing, and if other guests decide to use them throughout the night, getting a decent night's sleep becomes nearly impossible if your capsule is close to the doors. "The main check-in area was really hot, but thankfully the rooms were kept very cool so we ended up having a good sleep. The staff were helpful during check in and we were provided a locker to store our things, which was really helpful. The beds are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is relatively clean with the exception of the the waterfall shower head, which was pretty gross. We used the smaller hand-held shower head that was a bit cleaner and that was fine."

"Hostel Mancini is a lovely budget stay in Naples. I felt very secure in the building. When I first arrived, I worried that it was in a bit of a sketchy area, but I never felt unsafe while staying at the Hostel. The manager and staff are exceptionally welcoming and kind.
