Not really a "suburb" of Madrid, quite a run-down working town and very poor public transport. A few places to eat and drink that were above average quality and people very friendly. Parking nightmarish.

Rooms clean and modern. Few minute walk to metro station for easy access to anywhere in the city.

Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every ...

The ladies who ran the breakfast were amazing - Yoani and Dani. They stack the breakfast continuously. And make great rapport with the guests
