One of the stuff, his name was Victor, he was wonderful and helpful. I really thank him for giving us informations that he provided. The hotel room was really different from what I saw on pictures. I was really disappointed about it. There was no hairdryer, Refrigerator wasn’t working, Hot water wasn’t hot enough.

This was my second time staying at the Cancun Plaza. Everything was great for the most part. Only complaint was not having hot water for our 11 day trip. We spoke with the office staff multiple times about it and it never was resolved. Other than that it's a great place to stay and get away from the crowds of the hotel zone!

This is a hard place to rate because each of the condos are owned by different people so to give the entire place a bad rating because our unit was bad isn't really fair. We rented a one bedroom and the air conditioner smelled and didn't work well, the shower was difficult to turn off, the refrigerator and stove didn't work, light fixture was hanging by wires, my wife was shocked on one of the switches. With all the bad stuff, I have to say the entire place is dated but nice, The pool is absolutely beautiful and the beach area is very nice. The staff was pretty good and responded to our requests (except for the broken air conditioner and refrigerator) but they brought new towels and shampoo when we requested. I wouldn't mind staying here again but its kind of the luck of the draw if your room is taken care of by the owner. I image most of them are fine and we just got a lemon. The restaurant by the pool is very good but only accepted cash and the hotel is on the beach but only about 10-15 mins from the airport so that was nice. My wife would probably give this a lower rating than I have but I a little more optimistic and tried to look at the good things in the resort. Fortunately it wasn't to hot so having our window open and listening to the ocean wave was wonderful and very peaceful.

The property is very old, specially the rooms. But with maintenance and some parts remodeled. The beach is nice but with rocks. The staff is very kind and helpful. Safe and quiet.

Excellente qualité -prix. J’avais réservé un appartement vue océan c’était encore plus beau que sur les photos…on entends que les bruits des vagues et des pélicans. La piscine et la plage sont magnifiques. Le wifi marche très bien partout dans les chambres aussi. Petite supérette dans l’hôtel et un oxxo juste en face très pratique et pas chère. Je le recommande. We don't know what you're talking about, you arrived at 10:45 in the morning and you never complained about hard pillows or hair on the bed. We highly doubt your comment because the cleaning is daily and the entire room is in optimal condition. If that were the case as you say, you could have gone to the office and you didn't.We don't know what configuration she's talking about, nor do we understand that comment that only makes her feel bad.

Review of room 2210 - avoid
Let me start by saying that I believe each of these units are owned by different people. I walked past some rooms with open doors and they were lovely. My room 2210 was the opposite so this is only about 2210 - not the property in generel. I had an amazing view overlooking the pool directly at the ocean but that was the only thing amazing. The balcony was loud due to the A/C unit (which inside the room seemed uneffective) and the condenser fan blows hot air on you. The table and chairs are rusty. Inside the room there are 2 beds. You can feel the mattress springs on both beds. I always travel with my own sheet & pillow case just in case and this time I used them. The outlet wouldnt hold a plug, the water in the bathroom was lukewarm at best, the faucet was loose, the curtins covered the window but you definitely need a sleep mask if you dont want to wake up with the sun, the mirror had large spots all over it and in general the room felt dirty. I even took my shower (lukewarm) with my sandles on. The person who checked me in was wonderful, the people at the restaurant were wonderful & the food was delicious & the beach is amazing. The hotel is a distance from anywhere but the bus is $1 and stops nearly right in front. I would never stay in 2210 again but I would come back.

The Cancun Plaza Condo has 3 check -in offices. 1.-Make sure which one is in charge of your room. 2.-There is not check out early in the morning, we had to come back to leave the key in our room. 3.- There are not emergency stairs in case of fire, only elevators.

It seems to us that you are not very well, we served you too well, you arrived asking for a room with a Jacuzzi when you did not rent a room with a Jacuzzi, you arrived asking for a discount and it was explained to you that more discount could be given if you rented a studio super economical, you and the person you came with gave you a Junior Siute room for your comfort because what interests us most is that the client is comfortable and satisfied.But what you don't say in your comment is that you spent the 2 nights smoking inside the room, bothering your neighbors and we were receiving complaints and having to make an extra expense for cleaning because of the smell from how much you and your partner smoked. , it would be very good if if he is going to say things we all speak clearly. But he was given the best treatment and the best service for a very, very cheap price.Excellent day

El servicio durante mi estadia fue uno de los peores que hemos recibido en la vida. Cuando llegamos no funcionaba el aire acondiconado, las toallas se veian rotas de tanto uso, la plomeria del lavamanos estaba completamente suelta, las camas son super duras e incomodas, las almohadas tambien son super duras, no te dan toallas extra para ir a la piscina o la playa. Cuando arreglaron el aire acondicionado, se formo un charco de agua dentro de la habitacion que mojo hasta las sabanas de las camas! Pedimos para que nos cambiaran de habitacion varias veces pero fue en vano. Despues nos dimos cuenta que el problema con esta propiedad es que no funciona como un hotel. Hay varias habitaciones que diferentes personas alquilan y entonces no hay un servicio central -porque ni siquiera hay un lobby- que te pueda auxiliar cuando existe algun problema. Mi recomendacion es NO QUEDARSE EN PLAZA CANCUN CONDO HOTEL!

It’s a scam!. It’s not a hotel
Rooms are exactly like a room service: dirty, smelly, without hot water and dirty towels. I reserved two rooms, none of them were remotely likely the ones posted in Expedia. As soon As we check-in we complained about the rooms, so I had to pay $500 pesos extras per night to upgrade the room. It’s incredible Expedia allows to post this as a hotel, it’s not a hotel!!!. The property has different reception/administrators. Common areas are ok, but the rooms are horrible. Come over to have the worst experience your money can buy in Cancun.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, par contre la chambre avait une fenêtre de brisé, le frigo ne refroidissait pas beaucoup et un des draps était déchiré. Construction en après midi très dérangeant . La personne à l’entrée très gentil.
